Handy Expense application allows you tracking your expenses, when you are in a business trip or even on your holiday. With Handy Expense you can easily note all your expenses on the go. When you are back, you can transfer your expenses to Microsoft Excel ™ and claim them back from your company. With Handy Expense you can dramatically reduce the time spent on creating expense reports and the amount of non-reported expenses.

Expense list
In the main view you can see all your expenses. The date of the currently selected expense is shown in the status pane above. You can set the order of expenses in the list via Options > Settings > Preferences > Sort order. Select Descending to have the latest expenses at the top of the list. Select Options > New expense to note a new expense.

Reporting
Handy Expense has simple, yet powerful reporting feature. With it you can always analyze your expenses by type, e.g. how much you spent on taxi or eating. You can see your expenses during some date range. You can analyze how much you paid from your credit cards and in cash. To see a report select Options > Report, then choose the report type and date range. The ready report can be copied to the clipboard. You can also send is in SMS or e-mail.
