Materials Needed:

VW/Audi Oil Filter Element (Part# 06D 115 562, Mann/Hummel Part # HU719/6x)
Replacement crush washer for drain plug

Tools Needed:
T-25 Torx screwdriver
19mm ratchet or wrench
36mm socket & ratchet
VW/Audi Tool #T40057
Drain pan

Instructions:
1. Elevate the vehicle properly via jack stands or ramps. Be sure to chock the rear wheels and engage the e-brake to ensure a safe working space. It is best to change the oil while the engine is slightly warm so that the oil isn’t hot enough to burn you, but warm enough to drain from the engine
2. Locate the splash shield / belly pan and remove the four T-25 torx screws on each side (8 total). Remove the belly pan by disengaging the two tabs at the front of the pan and pulling back towards the rear of the vehicle.
3. Open up the hood via the hood release found on the lower left side of the driver’s console. Remove the oil filler cap.
