This application note is intended to show how to assemble a cable and setup the hardware of different 223 series adaptor panels (TRA223, DSP223 and IP223) to a Motorola CDM, GM and PRO series mobile radio. Please note that Motorola Accessory Connector kits P/N HLN9242A or HLN9457A will be required to support remote control of the CDM/GM/PRO mobile radios. Please contact your local Motorola dealer to purchase this connector kit.

For the IP-223, Cable assembly 301969000 can be purchased to interface to the CDM/GM/PRO series of mobile radios.
