Microsoft Windows Mobile devices and Intellisync products
If previous versions of Intellisync products were used to synchronize information on a Microsoft Windows Mobile device, the older Intellisync client must be removed from the device before installing this version.

1. From the device, choose Start > Programs.
2. Tap the Intellisync folder icon.
3. Tap Shut down Intellisync.
4. Select Start > Settings and tap the System tab.
5. Tap Remove programs.
6. Select the Intellisync client application and tap Remove.
7. Tap OK on each message box.
8. Confirm that the application has been removed by verifying that the Intellisync icon does not appear in the program screen. If you are unable to remove the old version from your device, you will have to hard reset your device. For information on this procedure refer to the device’s documentation.
