This document is a quick reference guide to use the ITO Business Partner Access Portal for Nokia Siemens Networks. This documentation shall help Siemens GROC end users and business partners to get to work in short time.

1.1 Requirements
This section describes the requirements of the ITO Business Partner Access which have to be obeyed or fulfilled by the business partner. In case there should be unclear issues, ITO can assist to clarify those technical points. Arising work will be charged according to the service prices listed in the ITO Service Level Agreement Day 1 Communication.
• The Client-PC needs a connection to the internet which allows HTTP (TCP-Port 80) and HTTPS connections (TCP-Port 443).
• An actual Version of the Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 6.0 or higher must be installed on the Client-PC.
• Administrational rights on the Client-PC are necessary in order to install the Client software components.
