Quick Start Guide for PC Monitor for Outlook

System Requirements
The PC must meet the following requirements to run the PC Monitor for Outlook:
• Supported Windows Operating Systems:
o Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional with SP4
o Microsoft Windows XP Professional with SP1 or higher
• Hardware Requirements
o 128MB or more of RAM
o 128MB free hard disk space
• Software Requirements
o Internet Explorer 5.0 or above
o Supported Microsoft Outlook Client Versions
° Outlook 2000
° Outlook XP (SP2 only)
° Outlook 2003
NOTE: Outlook should open without being prompted for user credentials
• Windows Account Information
o The logged in Windows user must have permission to install software on the PC
Configure PC Monitor for Outlook
It is now time to set up PC Monitor for Outlook so you can begin receiving your email and PIM (Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, and Notes) data from your Microsoft Outlook client.
