Turbo Systems Installation Instructions Acura Integra/Honda Civic

Although this turbo system has been designed to use existing emissions controls (including catalytic converter), check local laws regarding aftermarket modification to emission controlled vehicles. Remove the turbocharger kit from its carton and inspect for any obvious physical damage. All kit components are thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged prior to shipment from the factory. If any shipping damage is evident, contact your supplier and request that they process a claim with the shipper involved. Be sure to review the Turbo System Parts List to verify that you have all necessary kit components to proceed. If any components in the parts list are missing, contact Turbonetics, Inc. Customer Service department.

SmartMAP Model SM-300-xxx Installation Instructions

What is the SmartMAP?
The SmartMAP model SS-300 replaces the check valve and restrictor assembly used by most Honda/Acura turbo and supercharger kits and prevents the engine computer (ECU) from shutting down the engine when the manifold pressure is above atmospheric (boost).

How does the SmartMAP work?
The SmartMAP connects inline with the stock (OEM) manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor and limits the MAP voltage that is applied to the ECU. The limit (clamp) voltage value is preset and can not be adjusted.

1996-2001 Honda Acura Integra Type R Edelbrock 65mm Throttle Body INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

This part is street legal in all 50 states for use on 1996-2001 Honda Acura Integra Type R vehicles.
1. Please read through the entire instruction sheet to familiarize yourself with the installation before you begin.
2. Start the engine and check for loose connections or coolant/vacuum leaks, etc.
3. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
4. Remove the air filter duct, all vacuum hoses, water (coolant) hoses and electrical connectors from the stock throttle body. Mark all hoses and wires to ensure that they are installed correctly on the new throttle body.
Note: Engine coolant may run from the hoses once disconnected. Plug the end of the hose temporarily.

Acura GSR Whirlwind Intake Manifold Instructions

Removal
1. Relieve the fuel pressure in the system by loosening the banjo bolt on the top of the fuel filter. Disconnect the fuel line from the fuel rail. It is a good idea to replace the washers. Disconnect the fuel harness holder and unbolt. Disconnect the hoses from the fuel pressure regulator (FPR).
2. Disconnect intake hose/pipe from throttle body. Disconnect all hoses leading to the throttle body and intake manifold. Disconnect throttle cable bracket on manifold and throttle cable from throttle body. Disconnect the cables to the the throttle position sensor (TPS) and the map sensor on the throttle body.
3. Unbolt two lower intake manifold bolts that secure manifold to engine block. This bracket willl still be used to accommodate the heater bypass pipe. Unbolt manifold from engine block. Remove manifold, throttle body, and fuel rail as one unit.
4. Remove the intake air bypass (IAB) vacuum tank, check valve and control solenoid unit. Due to the different design of your new manifold, these parts will no longer be used. Do not remove the FPR hose. This hose will be used in the re-installation process.
