■ Install and remove battery
Note: Always switch off the power and disconnect the charger and any other device before removing the cover. Avoid touching electronic components while changing the cover. Always store and use the device with the cover attached.
1. To remove the cover, with the back of the phone facing you. Press and slide the back cover toward the bottom of the phone.
2. To insert the battery, position the battery so the gold-colored contacts match up with those on the phone, and insert the battery into the battery slot.
3. Push down on the other end of the battery to snap the battery into place.
4. Align the back cover with the back of the phone, and slide it toward the top of the phone until you hear a click to lock it into place.
5. To remove the battery, remove cover (see step 1) and insert your finger into the finger grip, to lift the battery from its compartment.

It is preferable to park on a flat surface, as you may have to engage and disengage the hand brake and shift from gears to neutral. If you cannot do so and are obliged to install the shifter cable bushings on a slightly inclined surface, place wooden blocks in front or behind the wheels to prevent the car from moving while you’re working.

Photography on top level pages of the site incorporates one of two blend styles at the bottom of the image area. The blend styles create a softer appearance and convey a visually more open, less blocky impression to reflect the open-minded, inclusive and welcoming Hamline spirit.

Use of either blend style on other photos throughout the site is optional. The style should be used freely to convey openness and warmth, but with judgment about whether it is appropriate to the nature of an image or the overall effect of a page layout. In the example images on this page, the screen bar style may be considered a better choice than the gradation fade style because the book in the photo is more visible.

3. Apply a Material (a checker texture in this case)
4. Apply a texture from Photoshop

TOOL TIPS: Small Battery: use a battery to test speaker wires. Touching the (+) positive and (-) negative baterry leads to a pair of speaker will cause the speaker to make a “Pop” sound indicating that pair of wires goes to that speaker. Voltage Meter: Always check +12 Volt power wires for voltage before making wire connections. These wires will fluctuate between 10 and 14 Volts. Solder Iron or Crimp Tool: make wire to wire connections using either a solder iron and electrical tape, OR plastic crimp terminals found at most hardware or auto parts stores.
