Starting from last night, Photoshop CS2 can now be installed easily by using Wine… on any Linux distribution! “Photoshop CS/CS2 should now work, please help us testing it” – said the wonderful people behind the Wine project. Therefore, I’ve updated my Ubuntu 7.10 operating system to the latest version of Wine (version 0.9.54 – released on January 25, 2008) and grabbed my “dusted” Photoshop CS2 (a.k.a. version 9.0) CD. I’ve inserted the CD in the optical drive of my computer and installed Photoshop CS2 just like I was on a Windows PC. And guess what? It really works folks! Amazing! No hacks, no need to copy installation files from a Windows PC or any other “magic” tricks you probably saw on the Internet. The Wine team did a fantastic job with this last release. Thank you guys!

One of the biggest performance upgrades you can make to your XR or CRF 50 is to replace the stock semi auto clutch with a fully manual clutch. By adding a manual clutch, you can expect your 50 to launch harder out of corners, and you can also expect to get a faster jump off the starting line. For this “How To” article, we opted to use the proven 3- plate manual clutch kit from Honda Trail Bikes. This kit comes with everything you need except for the clutch lever and perch. Novell SUSE LINUX Enterprise Server 9 (SLES9) certification is in progress and will be updated on Metalink (http://metalink.oracle.com/). This is what we’re starting with; a bone stock engine bay. The first step is to disconnect the negative battery cable. This will help to prevent any potential electrical problems, and also will “reset” the PCM so that the computer will be able to “re-learn” the engine with the new intake in place. To disconnect the battery cable, you will need a 10mm socket or wrench. (Note that this may erase your radio station presets, so you might want to write them down first, just in case.)
