Once the MBU-2000 connects with a mobile device, the green LED (phonebook upload indicator) starts flashing. The LED flashes each time a connection is established with a mobile phone. Before you can use the UPS monitoring software program, you need to install the cable connecting the UPS system to the serial port on the computer. All new UPS systems have the serial communications port on the back panel, labeled RS-232C. The cable for most UPS units is made with two male DB-9 connectors. It connects between the female DB-9 connector on the UPS rear panel and any compatible serial port on the computer. Be sure the cable is shielded and is terminated on the shell of the connector. What is the SmartMAP?
The SmartMAP model SS-300 replaces the check valve and restrictor assembly used by most Honda/Acura turbo and supercharger kits and prevents the engine computer (ECU) from shutting down the engine when the manifold pressure is above atmospheric (boost).

How does the SmartMAP work?
The SmartMAP connects inline with the stock (OEM) manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor and limits the MAP voltage that is applied to the ECU. The limit (clamp) voltage value is preset and can not be adjusted.
