Honda Universal Adapter (Accord & Acura Series) Users Manual

Specially designed adapters are used in conjunction with Universal Anchoring System (UAS) stands and Universal Measuring System (UMS) pinchweld stands when securing vehicles with horizontal pinchwelds and vertical jack tabs in the corners of their center sections. 2007-08 Honda Fit M/T & A/T Base Injector Upgrade Installation Manual

SECTION 1: PRE-INSTALLATION PRECAUTIONS:
Step 1: Remove the negative battery cable. Before removing the battery cable, verify that you have the “anti theft” radio code. It is usually located in your owner’s manual or on the side of the glove compartment. If you cannot find the radio code, take your car to your local Honda dealer so that they can retrieve the code through the Honda computer network.
SECTION 2: INJECTOR INSTALLATION
Step 2: Remove the plastic cosmetic cover from the intake manifold.
Step 3: Remove the five 12mm headed bolts/nuts that hold the plastic upper intake manifold to the aluminum lower manifold. Be careful when these two manifolds are not bolted together. Errant bolts/nuts or debris could fall into the intake manifold and cause severe engine damage. It is recommended that you cover the lower intake runners with protective tape or a shop towel.

Turbo Systems Installation Instructions Acura Integra/Honda Civic

Although this turbo system has been designed to use existing emissions controls (including catalytic converter), check local laws regarding aftermarket modification to emission controlled vehicles. Remove the turbocharger kit from its carton and inspect for any obvious physical damage. All kit components are thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged prior to shipment from the factory. If any shipping damage is evident, contact your supplier and request that they process a claim with the shipper involved. Be sure to review the Turbo System Parts List to verify that you have all necessary kit components to proceed. If any components in the parts list are missing, contact Turbonetics, Inc. Customer Service department.
