INSTALL FLYWHEEL
1. Drain 20% of the oil from the bike first.
2. Shut the gas supply off on the bike, then lay it over on its side. A small amount of gas will leak from the overflow tubes when the bike is first laid down.
3. Remove shifter.
4. Remove bolts holding the side cover on (no need to remove one of the oil filter bolts).
5. Remove oil fill cap.
6. Disconnect clutch cable and lay cable out of the way.

In January of 1992, I first studied the effects of porting on my own race bikes, and made a huge discovery. It worked so well, that after a summer of working on other people’s bikes, I could show up at the local racetrack in August with no practice and easily win races. At Daytona in 1993, I was able to test my idea against the best in America. Like every fast Hawk rider at the time I had the 700 cc (3 mm over) piston kit, a pipe and the popular racing cams. My carburetors and everything else inside the engine was stock, except for my secret porting trick.

Honda’s seventh generation Civic range has been expanded to include the new Civic Hybrid. The Civic range was last updated in October 2000, and the model line-up was streamlined to include two body styles, sedan and hatch, with two specification levels, GLi and Vi. The Civic Hybrid is available in sedan only, and is similar in specification to the GLi sedan. The recommended retail price is $29,990. The conventionally powered 1.7 litre Honda Civic GLi Automatic retails for $26,950.
