Evaporator Case Assembly The evaporator case assembly is attached to the engine side of the dash panel. The case is a two-piece molded construction, one piece of which forms a cover over the evaporator core. An integral vacuum reservoir is part of the cover housing. This reservoir and the vacuum motor, which operates the outside/recirc air door, are linked through a check valve to a hose that supplies engine vacuum. The blower housing is an integral part of the evaporator case. It houses the blower motor and wheel assembly which attaches to the case through a mounting flange on the blower motor. The blower motor resistor assembly is attached to the case with its thermal elements extending into the air stream inside the evaporator case. The suction accumulator/drier is attached to the evaporator core by a support bracket.

ACCEL recommends using a 180 degree thermostat in most applications. Place your thermostat and gasket onto your manifold, put your thermostat housing onto the manifold and bolt in place. When installing your fuel injectors, be careful not to cut the O-Rings. A small amount of oil on each O-Ring will aid in the assembly. Please reference a service manual for proper torque sequence and vacuum line routing.

Configure PHP and web server
After unpacking, point the PHP include_path (directive set in php.ini) to the lib directory of the Zend Framework installation directory.

This installation procedure is detailed, and asof this writing, necessary to properly install MySQL 4.1.20, MyODBC 3.51.12 and create your SQL catalog. Honda’s S2000 is famous for its high revving engine, but also infamous for its low- view factory radio placement. Not only is Honda’s factory radio placed very low in the dash, but it is also only single-DIN. While single-DINs were the norm in Japanese cars years ago, today most Japanese cars are double-DIN. Ernest Ornate and Junior Ngim of Sound Innovations in Hayward, Calif., show a great way to put a double-DIN video unit higher up in the dash of a Honda S2000. Ernest notes to make sure to inform the customer that he will lose airflow to the passenger air vent due to the removal of all ductwork leading from the blower motor to the vent.

Remove the attached body, if applicable. Remember to disconnect all electrical connections to the body, and fuel filler tube, before removing the body. The installation can also be completed using a lift to raise the vehicle. If using a lift, chassis body removal may not be necessary but removal of rear wheels will aid in installation.
