ALL HONDA 4 CYLINDERS INSTALLATION PROCEDURES

1. All machine work may be accomplished on a CNC vertical mill capable of 3-4 axis interpolation with sufficient height to accommodate block height. The bore center distances must be maintained within ±.0005 for sleeve installation to seal properly. (see block specification sheets for dimensions)(See #12 for bore center specs.)
2. All machining must produce a good surface finish and the tolerances must be maintained to assure a quality fit and sleeve seal.

INSTALL FLYWHEEL
1. Drain 20% of the oil from the bike first.
2. Shut the gas supply off on the bike, then lay it over on its side. A small amount of gas will leak from the overflow tubes when the bike is first laid down.
3. Remove shifter.
4. Remove bolts holding the side cover on (no need to remove one of the oil filter bolts).
5. Remove oil fill cap.
6. Disconnect clutch cable and lay cable out of the way.

Audi TT 2000-2007 Body Interior 70 – Front door trim

Front door trim, removing and installing
1 – Door trim
Remove screw cap – 5 -
Remove screw – 4 – (1x).
Unclip inner and outer connecting pieces. .
Lift door trim about 20 cm upward and remove from door.
Detach release cable for interior door handle
Disconnect electrical connectors
Clip locators – 3 – (7x) must be clipped in place when installing door trim.

The number one reason for transmission failure is fluid breakdown. Over time, the automatic transmission fluid (ATF) becomes contaminated and loses its viscosity and the ability to lubricate the moving parts within the transmission. Conventional service methods of dropping the pan and changing the filter result in only about 30-40% of the total ATF in the transmission being drained out. That leaves 60-70% of the old ATF to be mixed with the new ATF introduced during service. Therefore, adequate lubrication is not achieved.

Before servicing propeller, be sure the engine is in neutral with ignition off or disconnected to avoid any possibility of the engine starting and causing injury. Do not install any propeller without a thrust washer in place. If a thrust washer is not used, severe damage could occur to the propeller and/or engine drive.
