Motorola T725 Handset J2ME™ Developer Guide

The Motorola T725 handset includes the Java™ 2 Platform, Micro Edition, also known as the J2ME platform. The J2ME platform enables developers to easily create a variety of Java applications ranging from business applications to games. Prior to its inclusion, services or applications residing on small consumer devices like cell phones could not be upgraded or added to without significant effort. By implementing the J2ME platform on devices like the Motorola T725 handset, service providers, as well as customers, can easily add and remove applications allowing for quick and easy personalization of each device. This chapter of the guide presents a quick overview of the J2ME environment and the tools that can be used to develop applications for the Motorola T725 handset.

FPM-154 & FPM-154T LCD Monitor User Guide

What you gain by using an LCD monitor for your industrial display is the future of display technology. CRTs although they have dropped in cost significantly, do not offer the performance, reliability, and mounting options available with LCDs. LCD monitors consist primarily of an LCD, video board and a backlight. The LCD determines to a large extent the viewing angle, brightness and contrast. Beyond that it is the function of the video board, which converts the analog RGB (Red, Green, Blue) signals from a standard video card to a high quality, digital RGB that the LCD can display.

CS1000 Fault Code Scanner BMW Instructions

All 1989-94 BMW vehicles are equipped with a self diagnostic system for the detection of injection faults. When a fault is detected by the system the Electronic Control Unit (ECU) records the code corresponding to the defect in the ECU’s memory until either:
1) The vehicle battery or the ECU is disconnected.
2) The engine is started 60 times with no recurrence of the fault.
3) The ECU memory is cleared using the BMW MODIC, DIS, Bosch KTS300, KTS500, or the Baum Tools CS1000 or CS2000 BMW hand held scanner.

A guide to Audi CO2 emissions and fuel consumption for model year 2006/2007

Previously, all Audi models have been assessed on CO2 output using the maximum vehicle weight dependent on engine and transmission configuration. Under the rationalisation, the information is now supplied as a single dataset using the minimum weight for a given vehicle, resulting in significant positive movement of the official CO2 bandings used for BIK tax calculation and Vehicle Excise Duty. The data is provided to the Vehicle Certification Agency (VCA) for use in environmental vehicle labelling and comparisons, and, crucially, also appears on the vehicle V5 registration document. This booklet compares the previous CO2 output for selected Audi models and compares the new values with key competitors for BIK tax and fuel consumption figures.

Design Guide for LXT901/907 Ethernet Interface Connection to Motorola MC68EN360 Controller

This application note describes a method for connecting the LXT901 or LXT907 Ethernet Interface Adapter to the Motorola MC68EN360 Quad Integrated Communications Controller (QUICC) with Ethernet capability. The QUICC/LXT901 combination makes designing routers, bridges, print servers and other, similar products simple and fast. The LXT901 and LXT907 devices have advanced features that make design and fabrication faster and cheaper than typical competitors’ products. These two devices meet all of the Motorola QUICC design requirements with minimal external circuitry needed to use the MC68EN360 features. Either of these devices gives the lowest cost, highest performance possible with the Motorola QUICC.
