This manual contains an outline of the SAMSUNG OPOS DRIVER program, and provides installation and setup instructions for the OPOS Setup program. Throughout the manual, “OLE for Retail POS” is called “OPOS”. SAMSUNG OPOS DRIVER Setup contains software with API functions that can be used easily through OLE controls supported by Visual Basic and Visual C++ on a computer running Windows 95, Windows98, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000,or Window XP platforms. The Paper Catalog files and the PPD file for Windows operating systems are installed in the default folder by multiple software utilities. You can modify the location during the installation. If you move the location after the installation, you must remap or update the associated file paths for the software utilities.

The Linux device driver of the Nokia D211 is provided partly in binary and partly in source code form. The code must be compiled to a loadable kernel module, which can then be inserted into a running Linux kernel. A binary userspace daemon is used for the kernel module management. The included command line utility can be used for configuring the device driver. The device driver may not work with all Linux kernel versions. See the section for tested kernel versions.

This manual describes the Distributed Network Protocol (DNP) V3.00 as implemented in the DNP master driver for MOSCAD. The driver conforms to the Level 3 specifications provided in DNP V3.00 Subset Definitions by Harris Canada, Inc. (document number P009-0IG.SUB). This manual covers the DNP implementation for both MOSCAD V3.70 or later and MOSCAD-L V1.00 or later. It explains how the DNP protocol functions in relation to reading from and writing to the RTU database. The manual is, therefore, intended for MOSCAD application programmers.

The BMW CCA New York Chapter, Inc. Driver School curriculum in conjunction with Skid Pad training (when a Skid Pad is available) have as goals to educate drivers about vehicle dynamics and develop transferable skills to both routine and emergency conditions on public roads. These goals will be accomplished through a combination of classroom lectures, track walks, and practicum at speed on the track and on the skid pad. In addition to these academic objectives, the Chapter equally strives to present the program in a manner that provides the participants a venue for a gratifying day of performance driving of their “Ultimate Driving Machines” the way they are meant to be driven (read: some good ol’ fashioned clean fun).

The ECT Display Driver is a small module with a removable wire harness that mounts behind the driver’s foot well cover. All wiring connections are near the ECM and only 4 wires are needed for basic operation:
• +5v power from the ECM (T-tap)
• Ground – available at ECM mounting bolt
• ECT sensor wire (T-tap at ECM)
• Dash temperature gauge wire (must cut at ECM)

If you want to use the optional Alarm Output feature 3 more wires are needed:
• Ground (must be run separate from the module’s power ground)
• Module output (negative) to your alarm device (sounder or indicator light, not included)
• +12v ignition or accessory power wired directly to your alarm device

MySQL and mSQL are freely available lightweight database servers. MySQL has a rich feature set while mSQL is very minimalist.
The DBD::mysql
driver 1.20xx supports all MySQL versions since around 3.20. The DBD::mysql
driver 1.21_xx supports MySQL 3.22 or later. Support for more recent versions may or may not be added at a later time.
The DBD::mSQL
drivers 1.20xx and 1.21_xx support all mSQL versions upto and including mSQL 2.0.x.
