Turf Boss greensIRON 3000 Operation, Servicing and Parts Manual

The purpose of this manual is to provide you with reference information and assistance in setting up, adjusting and operating your greensIRON 3000 in a safe, effective and efficient manner. It is intended for turf rollers with either a mechanical or a hydrostatic transmission. We hope that it will answer most of your immediate questions, but Wood Bay encourages you to contact your local distributor or Wood Bay’s Technical Service Center on our toll free line (available in North America at 1-800-661-4942) for further assistance or clarification at any time.

The manual alerts you to safety considerations, features of the greensIRON, operations, ironing techniques, adjustments, servicing, trouble shooting and parts identification. It also introduces current attachments and accessories that you may obtain to increase the benefits of turf rolling in maintaining and enhancing your greens, both in terms of turf health and putting performance for your golfers.

CAT-303 Installation and Parts Manual

Installation Environment
1) The distance between the unit and outside wall or other goods should be kept over 200mm.The unit should be put in well-ventilated area and its temperature is within -10℃~+40 .℃
2) Check air supply pipeline of the unit and use air source with 3~10 bar to supply for the unit. When connecting the air source, please check if there is leakage in connector for air source and ensure that a certain distance between the air hose and heat source should be kept.
3) To ensure safety. Before connecting the air source, please confirm that the air pressure adjusting valve is closed. Never point the air outlet to personnel.

Ford ACCEL Digital Fuel Injection Engine Management System Installation Manual

ACCEL recommends using a 180 degree thermostat in most applications. Place your thermostat and gasket onto your manifold, put your thermostat housing onto the manifold and bolt in place. When installing your fuel injectors, be careful not to cut the O-Rings. A small amount of oil on each O-Ring will aid in the assembly. Please reference a service manual for proper torque sequence and vacuum line routing.

Although this turbo system has been designed to use existing emissions controls (including catalytic converter), check local laws regarding aftermarket modification to emission controlled vehicles. Remove the turbocharger kit from its carton and inspect for any obvious physical damage. All kit components are thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged prior to shipment from the factory. If any shipping damage is evident, contact your supplier and request that they process a claim with the shipper involved.
