A profile is a three-dimensional color map, which can be used to translate color from one device to another. ICC compliant hardware and software such as Adobe Photoshop must be used for a profile to work properly.

File Installation
ICC profiles are designated by the .icc or .icm file extension. In order for a device to have access to the information contained in these files, they must be saved in the correct directory on your computer’s hard drive. Photoshop Version 5 and greater come with a utility called Adobe Gamma. To avoid conflicts, it is important to use only one calibrator and avoid double- correction. To disable Adobe Gamma, remove it from the startup group. The procedure is simple:
• Go to the Start\Programs\Startup menu
• Click the entry called Adobe Gamma Loader.exe
• Drag it onto the desktop and delete. (This does not delete the program, only the shortcut.)

Tutorial title: Service Modeling with SoaML Abstract: SoaML (Service oriented Architecture Modeling Language) is a new OMG standard for Service Modeling adopted in December 2009, with both a UML profile and a metamodel for modelling of services.
