Photo A Photo B 1. Unclip and remove the intake hose from the air box assembly. 2. Remove the air box hot air flap vacuum hose from the rear of the intake housing. Blank off the vacuum outlet pipe with the rubber plug supplied. 3. Unclip and remove the intake scoop from the front cross member and air box assembly. 4. Remove the flexi hose from between the exhaust manifold and the air box hot air flap. 5. Remove the air box assembly from the front mounting rubber, then slide the assembly out of the rear mounting grommets. Remove the assembly from the car. 1. The program cassette can easily be changed to set the Multi-Tester pro up quickly for the diagnostic task at hand. The Multi-Tester pro software is available in two levels of functionality, Plus line and Pro line. This manual covers the operation of the Pro line cartridge. Although operation and display screens are identical for each line, please be aware that some of the functions described are not available on Plus line cartridges. Release the hose on the intake pipe and remove the air box lid. Release the three remaining air box retaining screws and remove the air box base. 2 Remove the AFM from the air box lid and fit the new adaptor and gasket to the AFM with the four countersunk screws supplied. 3 Fit the mounting bracket to the AFM with the two screws supplied. 4. ACCEL recommends using a 180 degree thermostat in most applications. Place your thermostat and gasket onto your manifold, put your thermostat housing onto the manifold and bolt in place. When installing your fuel injectors, be careful not to cut the O-Rings. A small amount of oil on each O-Ring will aid in the assembly. Please reference a service manual for proper torque sequence and vacuum line routing.

Compact Heat Pump Operating Instructions
Prior to use : -
1 Turn off the power supply at the local isolator
2 Open the door, using a coin or similar tool to unlock it
3 Check that the ground pressure gauge reads at least 0.3 bar. If the pressure is lower than this, open the mains cold water supply valve (fitted outside the case) fully until the gauge reads at least 1.8 bar, at which point a “click”will be heard. Close the mains cold water supply valve fully. If you can’t find this valve, or when you open it the gauge reading does not increase, call your installer and ask them about the mains cold water supply valve on the slinky ground array circuit.
