If your air conditioning has stopped working the chances are you have lost most or all or your system refrigerant. The fastest way of finding out is to attempt to have the system refilled by a specialist. They will evacuate any remaining gases and then pressure test the system before refilling. This tutorial will show you how to add a coloured and/or graduated background to your bead photo. You can use Steps 3 and 4 together, or individually depending on the effect you are after. There are many ways of tackling this in Photoshop, but this is my preferred method.

1. Selecting the background
For the purposes of this exercise, I am using the previously cleaned up bead photo from Tutorial 1. A clean and simple background and well defined objects makes this easier to do, but is not essential. In the tools palette select the magic wand and use the following suggested settings.

1. Open Adobe Photoshop.
2. Open the flattened version of your poster.
3. Resize the Image to Ad size.
Select the Image menu > Image size > change the width to 4.25 inches > Resolution 200 pixels > OK Note: When you change the image width to 4.25 inches the ad length should automatically change to the appropriate size so the image stays proportioned.
