Using Photoshop Elements to Crop, Resize, and Save a Graphic
Type or Do the Following
1. After opening the Adobe Photoshop Elements program, select Edit and Enhance Photos.
2. Next, locate and open your graphic. It is important to know where you have saved your graphics. Begin by going from File in the menu bar to Open.
3. Maneuver to the location of your folder containing the desired graphic. You can use either the drop down submenu or the pane view to navigate to the correct folder. Double-click open the designated folder.
4. You can view what the graphics are in the folder by going from View in menu bar of the dialogue box to Thumbnails.
5. Either double-click the desired graphic or click on it one time and click Open.
6. When the graphic appears in Photoshop Elements, the photo appears as a percentage of its actual size. The actual size is much too large to be used on the Internet; however, before the graphic can be resized, it should be cropped. Cropping allows all unwanted space to be taken out.
